I closed on a house from Sunrise Inc. in mid-April and have been very satisfied with every part of the purchase. The house was move in ready. Jim, the project manager, has always answered texts and phone calls quickly. While there has been very little need for service since move in, Kenny Gerena, warranty manager, has quickly addressed every concern with care and efficiency. The professionalism of Sunrise people has been greatly appreciated!

Kenny was incredibly helpful with our issue regarding our malfunctioning AC unit. He responded promptly and followed up as promised. He went out of his way to fix an issue that was not even covered by the warranty. We are SO grateful for his help

Sunrise Homes built our beautiful, high quality home. Hurricane Ian passed nearby recently. The house is built like a vault. Our home was safe and quiet and it was as if there was no storm at all. We had to step outside to experience the intense winds and rain. Sunrise included many wonderful amenities throughout our home. We have owned several homes over many years and this is by far our best built house. Melissa was informative, professional and extremely helpful throughout the sales process. I am the proud owner of my home built for me by Sunrise Homes in 1991. The design incorporated several suggestions, made by Sunrise, to include trends in future home design and construction. As a result, the design is in line with current home construction and appears as new today as the day it was built. The construction was impeccable in that, for over 30 years, no repairs were necessary. None! How rare is that? Working with Sunrise personel was always a pleasurable experience. All were professional and always did their best to please. I remember a time where they contacted me for no reason other than to ask whether I had any issues with the home that needed to be addressed. How many contractors do this! In sum, I plan to downsize in the near future. When I do, I assure you it will be built by Sunrise Homes.
