They charge significantly more than the average competitor for the same compliance services. Replacement fire extinguishers, signage, and basic equipment are all consistently priced well above market rates. They have now doubled their annual fees, citing “inflation”, while overlooking the fact that every business is facing the same conditions and most are absorbing these pressures without passing on extreme increases of this scale. After more than a decade managing our building, this latest move feels like a step too far. It has effectively ended a long standing relationship that was already under pressure from ongoing cost increases and diminishing value.

The inspector arrived 1hr late for a 10 minute job in November 2024. I paid my $2200 invoices instantly after the services, then 7 months later Michelle Camilleri sent me another $253 invoice. Instead of offering any explanation and apologies for the inconveniences, Michelle threatened with debt collection.

The reviews look a bit disappointing. I rang Joe at 5pm this evening explaining our situation. Our fire doors were compromised. And the fire gauge directly to our lift and my apartment. Flooded all the top floor. I spoke with him. And he assured me it will be attended to tom. I will keep at his word. As he never disappoints. Thanks Joe.

I strongly advise you do not use this company. 3 years we have used them and each time we stupidly gave them another go.. Never again. Every single time we had a treatment we needed a 'follow up' respray under warranty. To which we were told at the last respray 'the contractor probably waters down his tank to save money'. The phone calls from this company are ridiculous as well.. Calling a month after the last spray advising it was due.. What a joke! Oh and the 230 dollar "special price" termite inspection that took 10 minutes and didn't even go into every room. The final straw was getting a call about booking the next inspection and when we mentioned all of the above we get an apology then 2 weeks later someone else calls back and tries to book us in again... Then another 2 weeks... STAY WELL AWAY!

In the process of changing 1 emergency light their technician managed to make an absolute mess with gyprock pieces and dust all over the floor & footprints all over the entire premises. Didn't bother to clean any of the mess up despite us providing them with a vacuum. This was in a small business premise during business hours. Then when I wrote to advise that the work finishing standard was poor they didn't even have the decency to write their own simple apology, instead sending an AI generated response that did not match the situation at all. Hopefully can get our strata managers to look at alternative businesses for future fire safety inspections and maintenance.
