I had a wonderful dining experience at here. We ordered the Spicy Crab Dip, Truffle Udon, and Steak Sushi, and every dish was delicious with great flavor and texture. We finished the meal with the Tap Chocolate dessert, which was beautifully presented and incredibly well made. What impressed me the most, though, was the atmosphere. The restaurant has such a vibrant and welcoming energy. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. Their positive attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We left feeling happy and energized. I would definitely recommend JOEY King St to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Toronto, and I’ll be back the next time I’m in the city.
We just landed in Toronto and were having trouble finding something that was both open and base line good. Upon arrival we met Jessie who was so sweet, chill and professional. Once we sat it was excellence after excellence, we had the watermelon drink, coconut splash and the good life marg which set us right very quickly. Apps were so amazing we debated ordering another round. Jess, our server, was sweet, kind and beautiful both in and out. Overall we left happy, sated and bubbly. We will come back again if not this trip then every time we come visit Toronto! (If the owners ever decide to place a store in the U.S, please consider NYC or Orlando 👀👀)
Absolutely stunning!! My friends and I love this restaurant because of the delicious food, amazing drinks, and convenient proximity to Union station. Its about a 10 minute walk from the station. The food was very delicious and all three of us loved the dishes we got since we chose 3 different meals. They have a good selection of mains, cocktails, steak, and fancy drinks. Do beware of the prices since its Toronto:) The atmosphere was the best part. For couples, bring your date there if you wanna impress them or have an amazing romantic dinner. The service was great too! Our server was quite attentive and fast with delivering our meals and drink. Just one complaint from me. The server forgot to give me my change and we waited for a good 15 minutes. But I got it after my friend asked. Overall, amazing restaurant with glorious dishes and drinks!
Perfect welcome to Toronto! My friend chose JOEY King Street. The space is stunning – high ceilings, olive trees, elegant decor. Service was warm and staff chatted with us. I had Tuna Poke Bowl (fresh ahi tuna, crispy wontons, coconut rice) and a Red Wine Sangria – fruity and balanced. The sweetest touch: my friend asked the kitchen to write 'Welcome to Toronto' on our dessert plate. So thoughtful! Great food, beautiful venue, genuine hospitality. 10/10.
Great location and walking distance from our hotel, beautiful interior and exterior dining facilities. The bar is amazing. They offer a lovely bubbly as soon as you come in we really enjoyed ourselves. We stopped in for appetizers drinks and something sweet. The food was creative and tasty. The drinks were satisfactory The apple pie was absolutely the highlight. It was a pretty busy night so the service was consistent, but it did take a little while.
