Jaroslaw was the best chef ever! His food is delicious and light, very flavorful. Food was wonderful. Wish we had it in the states.
I had the chance to spend a few days in Vancouver for work and was lucky enough to visit Amber Road shortly after they reopened following an amazing renovation. During my stay, I tried several dishes, and these were my favourites: **Elk Pyzy of the Northern Forest** (Traditional Potato Dumplings Filled with Elk)– full of flavour and creativity in every bite. **The Lamb** – an absolute must-try for any meat lover. It was simply outstanding. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about creating a great experience. You can feel the passion of everyone working at Amber Road, and it shines through in both the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates exceptional food and excellent service. You will leave completely satisfied with every aspect of your visit.
My wife and I had dinner at Amber Road today and loved everything about our experience. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and amazing food. The Chicken Sous Vide was the best chicken dish I've ever had. Highly recommended!
Newly renovated and reimagined restaurant at the stunningly renovated Holiday Inn & Suites right in the heart of downtown. Our server, Rhea was amazing. She was so attentive...my water glass was always full! Kudos to the Chef and team - can't wait to come back!
Great restaurant with an excellent atmosphere and delicious food. The dishes were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The waiting time was short, and the restaurant was clean and cozy. It’s a perfect place for both family dinners and gatherings with friends. I will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to others.
