I have gone to Lake Mary Chiropractic 10 years ago because of numbness down my arm. Dr. Paul Toma told me it was my neck. I began treatment getting adjustments and doing traction and several months later absolutely gone. Now, I am back 10 years later due to a car accident. I did PT for 5 months and it helped, but, I’m still dealing with neck and lower back, as soon as I walked in their office, I felt a sign of relief! I had a very thorough exam with a different doctor. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me hope. My next visit was with Dr Toma. This was a longer assessment looking at my MRI. He mapped out the treatment and again I felt so encouraged and hopeful that my pain and my intent to get back to working out at a higher level, not 100%, would be possible. I am 73. So, slow and steady. I highly recommend Lake Mary Chiropractic. All three doctors are the best in their field and the entire staff is extremely warm and professional!!! Everyone can use a little adjustment these days!

Dr. Toma and the staff are true professionals. From greeting me to the spinal adjustment all was communicated clearly and I was treated with respect and kindness. I am already feeling more limber after my second adjustment! Thank you!
Dr. Toma gave my mom her life back. He is so very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He truly cares for his patients. He was the only doctor that was able to get my 83 year old mother out of severe pain that she was having from her neck down through her right shoulder and her arm. Her PCP loaded her on steroids and drugs and sent her on her way. Nothing took the pain away. After being treated with traction and shock wave therapy, she is pain free. Also, Dr. Desiree was beyond helpful to my mom. She is so very knowledgable and caring. All the Lake Mary Chiropractic staff are very kind and helpful. My mom and our entire family are very grateful to Dr. Toma, Dr. Desiree and everyone at Lake Mary Chiropractic. Thank you!
