We can’t recommend Mitho from Mr. Sparky enough. He came out today to install a ceiling fan and was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing to my mother in a way that made her feel comfortable and informed. The price was half of what we were quoted from another company. He also looked over our electrical panel, made thoughtful recommendations, and expressed his concerns without overwhelming or pressuring her. That level of care and respect meant a lot to us. He removed the old fan and installed the new one flawlessly. His attention to detail was outstanding, and you can tell he truly takes pride in his work. We really appreciated his patience, honesty, and professionalism throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend Mitho and the team at Mr. Sparky. 1000% Recommend.
Our service technician Thomas Hillman did an outstanding job. Showed him around what needed to be done was hoping to just do a simple repair and after he showed me the condition of our electrical panel with looked absolutely horrendous my husband and I decided to sign up for getting the electrical panel redone completely. They should be back tomorrow to upgrade our panel and get us set up. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service received today and intend to continue using Mr Thomas Hillman and his coworkers at Mr Sparky. UPDATE: Steve, Carlos, and Hayden came out the very next day and replaced the damaged breaker box, corrected the ground and added a whole house surge protector. That breaker box was so bad that the only reason our home hadn't gone up in flames is because the house is made of cinder block. We can now put our refrigerator in the kitchen where it belongs. All three men were efficient and professional. They had the job done perfectly in just a few hours. If you live in the Ft Meade area, we highly recommend this group of guys for any electrical work you need done. They are all spot on.
We worked with Thomas to understand our electrical system and issues and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He helped explain the costs and worked on an affordable option that fixed most of our needs. Would recommend Thomas again.
We had the best experience with David Peace. He is a people person. He is true to his last name: Peace. We had a very peaceful experience. No high pressure sales, just an honest electrician that loves his job and people. Mister Sparky you all did excellent job by hiring David. Whenever we need service again, we will personally request David Peace. He was just awsome!!!
Thomas and Avery came to my home in Mulberry and did a fantastic job! They were extremely helpful and professional. They completely rebuilt my electrical panel and installed whole home surge and electronics protection! I am so happy with Mr Sparky and Thomas and Avery. I will recommend them to everyone!
