About

Andres Camargo and Rocío Salazar opened the roastery in 2018, on International Coffee Day, and the timing was no accident. Both grew up in Colombia, where coffee is less a product than a birthright, and they built the place around that connection: single-origin beans sourced through direct relationships with the farmers who grow them, then roasted in house here in the Village of West Greenville. So the coffee is the whole point, not an afterthought. The house espresso, a Brazil-and-Colombia blend they call Espress-OH!, anchors the drink menu, while the single-origin offerings rotate as new roasts come in. The food runs the same direction, with breakfast and brunch plates, toasts, and bagel sandwiches sharing the board with Colombian touches like pandebono, the warm cheese bread, and a cappuccino built on Colombian chocolate. You can drink it on site, carry a bag home, or set up a subscription so you never run out, and the beans move wholesale to other spots around the Upstate too. What brings regulars back is as much Andres and Rocío as the coffee itself. Figuring out which single-origin becomes your standing order is the kind of thing you sort out one cup at a time.
