I celebrated my birthday at Palermo and had the best experience ever. Our server was lovely and heard me complaining about my residual cough and bought me honey lemon tea which was so sweet. The food was amazing. The steak was gorgeous and so generous in serving size. We had a lovely quiet booth in the corner of the restaurant which we loved. We would absolutely come back and could not recommend Palermo enough. Thank you!
We came back after a not so great experience and chose the $100 set menu for dinner and the food was great. Steak was cooked perfectly and tender and the entrees and dessert were both amazing too. If you get the set menu just be aware the most of the items come as shared meals. Staff were also very friendly. Recommend booking in advance if you can and to let staff know if you have limited time especially for the set menus as they may take time to come out.
Booked a table for this business trip, missed out last time. I was such a happy carnivore. Entrée, the special sausage and meat meet my expectations 100%. Travelling on business a lot, I rely on people's reviews. The service was quick, and the servers were really nice and efficient. No hesitation to recommend. Thanks for making a solo diners night out memorable.
We came visit from Sydney, celebrating friend’s birthday. Very nice place, love the service, Heath was our waiter, loved all dishes he recommended. Thank you Heath! The M10+ is so good! My favourite is the Carbonara Croqueta.
Our experience at Palermo was flawless from start to finish. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere, with warm light, rustic wooden tables, and leather booths. The food was excellent, although I will admit I struggled to finish off the entire set menu. The steak was some of the best I've ever had, and I was more than happy to take some home as leftovers. But there is always room for dessert, and the creme caramel does not disappoint.
