The Restaurant at The Norton: Modern-American Dining Inside a Museum

Inside the Norton Museum of Art on South Dixie Highway, The Restaurant at The Norton gives museum-goers — and anyone else looking for a quiet lunch — a proper sit-down meal without leaving the building.

Light, Modern-American Fare

The kitchen, operated by Constellation Culinary Group, describes its style as light modern-American with nods to coastal influence. Lunch centers on fresh salads, soups and sandwiches, while dinner service shifts toward shareable small plates and more composed entrées. Each September the restaurant also takes part in Flavor South Florida, offering a prix fixe three-course menu for the promotion.

Dining Among the Art

The dining room itself doubles as a piece of the museum experience: a mid-century modern space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Pamela and Robert B. Goergen Garden, filled with natural light and original artworks, including Fernand Léger's Le tournesol (The Sunflower), visible from the tables. Private dining is available on request for groups wanting the space to themselves.
