The House: Coastal Dining on The Park's Fairways in West Palm Beach
Set inside The Park West Palm golf course, The House opens its dining room to golfers and the general public alike, pairing a view of the 18-hole championship course with a menu built around coastal seafood and small plates.
A Menu Rooted in Florida
Executive Chef Jason Van Bomel, a West Palm Beach native with three decades of culinary experience, leads a kitchen that leans into local seafood and chef-inspired fish dishes. Signature plates include spiny lobster "corn dogs," a seared tuna and avocado salad, crabcakes finished with sherry mustard cream, and a Florida snapper trio. Weekend brunch adds blueberry waffles and huevos rancheros to the lineup, served alongside the regular lunch and dinner menus.
A Clubhouse Setting for Everyone
The dining room itself is part of the draw: floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the fairways, and high vaulted ceilings with natural wood tones and a green-and-white palette give the space an open, relaxed feel that works for both a quiet dinner and a larger group. The adjacent Cabana serves quicker, casual fare for golfers on the move, while The House proper runs a daily happy hour.
