Sports & Rec: The NORA District's Design-Forward Game-Day Lounge
Sports & Rec opened its West Palm Beach location on North Railroad Avenue as part of the transformation of NORA — the once-industrial corridor that's become one of the area's most talked-about lifestyle districts. Developed by The Garret Group, it's a sports lounge built for people who want their game-day experience paired with genuinely good food.
Elevated Sports Bar, Chef-Driven Menu
The pitch is a modern rework of the sports bar: 27 televisions and a jumbotron-style central screen for catching every game, but a kitchen turning out chef-inspired takes on elevated American classics — standout seafood, signature wings, and shareable plates — alongside a craft cocktail program. The indoor-outdoor layout takes advantage of South Florida's climate, and the calendar includes recurring themed nights built around game-day traditions.
Part of NORA's New Energy
Sports & Rec sits within NORA, a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood built out of a historic industrial corridor that now mixes restaurants, boutiques, and fitness concepts. The West Palm Beach location joins sister venues in New York and Boston, bringing that same design-forward, culture-and-sports-and-dining hybrid to a growing pocket of downtown.
