Seaview Cafe occupies a small but well-used corner of Palm Beach's Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center, in a space that was once a vending room before being converted into a full café. At roughly 300 square feet, it's a compact operation, but it fills a role the recreation center had been missing since it opened in 2019: a place to grab something fresh without leaving the building.

The menu is built around health-conscious, grab-and-go fare. Organic sandwiches, salads, and wraps sit alongside freshly ground coffee, fresh-pressed juices, and smoothies, plus lighter options like overnight oatmeal, muffins, and croissants. Filling a Missing Piece

Palm Beach's recreation director described the café as filling "a missing piece of the puzzle" for the center, giving visitors a convenient option for refreshment without having to leave the grounds. Co-owner Vanja Turanjanin and the Seaview Cafe team built the concept around simplicity: organic ingredients, quick service, and a menu focused on freshness rather than an extensive food list.
