Wednesday 2 September 2026·By Ristorante Santucci

Ristorante Santucci has anchored Clematis Street since 2014, bringing chef-owner Emilio Santucci's Sicilian upbringing and European training to a contemporary Italian dining room.

A Chef Shaped by Sicily and Brussels

Emilio Santucci grew up in Sicily surrounded by fresh agricultural land, which shaped his approach to ingredients from an early age. After culinary school in Belgium in 1988, he and his brother opened their first restaurant, San Tucci, in Brussels, before the family expanded to West Palm Beach in 2014.

Homemade Pasta and a Serious Wine List

The menu centers on fresh produce and family recipes, with homemade pasta and varied preparations of meat, fish, salads, and soups. A Prix Fixe menu and a comprehensive wine list round out the dining room's offerings.
