Rather than a fixed menu of seafood platters, diners pick their own seafood, sauce, and spice level, and the kitchen bags it up hot and ready to dig into.

The boil menu is priced by the half pound or pound, with a one-pound minimum, and covers a wide spread of seafood: blue crab, snow crab legs, king crab legs, lobster tail, head-on or head-off shrimp, crawfish, and both green and black mussels and clams. Every order gets tossed in one of four house sauces — Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Butter, or the "Juicy Special," which blends all three — dialed to one of five spice levels from No Spice up to Extra Hot.

Beyond the Boil

The rest of the menu rounds out the seafood-boil format with Southern and Louisiana-leaning sides: hushpuppies, fried cheesesticks, calamari and wings to start; fried baskets of shrimp, catfish, tilapia, oysters and scallops; and Louisiana-style po'boys stuffed with shrimp, oyster, soft-shell crab, fish or chicken. Corn, potatoes, Cajun fries and sweet potato fries round out the sides, and the restaurant runs a full liquor bar alongside dessert options like cheesecake and molten chocolate cake.
