Pumphouse Coffee Downtown at 300 Banyan: The Local Roaster's Office-District Outpost

Wednesday 2 September 2026·By Pumphouse Coffee Downtown at 300 Banyan

Pumphouse Coffee Roasters got its start when brothers Alex and Christian LeClainche set out to build a West Palm Beach coffee company inspired by their grandfather, a developer they visited in Jamaica as kids. Today the roaster's downtown outpost inside the 300 Banyan office tower brings that story to the heart of the city's business district.

From a Grandfather's Story to a West Palm Beach Roaster

Pumphouse built its identity on the motto "If You Hate Bad Coffee, We Should Be Friends," and on a hands-on approach where the founders stay involved from roasting through service. The company describes ethically sourced, artisan-roasted coffee as its focus, working directly with the farmers behind single-origin beans from countries like Brazil, Honduras, and Colombia, plus signature espresso blends and a canned cold brew line.

Coffee in the Heart of Downtown

The 300 Banyan location puts that same lineup within easy reach of downtown office workers and visitors, giving the surrounding business district a walkable spot for a well-made cup without needing to head to Pumphouse's larger flagship roasting space.

Good to Know
