Miami Spice 2026: Miami-Dade's Restaurant Months Turn 25

Friday 4 September 2026·By My Business Directory

Miami Spice has been a late-summer fixture in Miami-Dade for a quarter century, and the 2026 edition marks the promotion's 25th anniversary. Presented by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, it turns August and September into the region's biggest stretch of prix fixe dining, with participating restaurants across Greater Miami and Miami Beach setting special menus for the occasion.

Four Price Tiers

Menus are built around a set of price points: $40 for lunch or brunch, and $50 or $65 for dinner. New for the anniversary year is a $95 "Miami Spice Reserve" tier, aimed at restaurants offering a more elevated experience than the standard prix fixe format.

Dining With a Purpose

The program's official charitable partner is Camillus House, which provides meals, shelter, and services for people experiencing homelessness in the community. Diners are invited to make a small optional donation to Camillus House as part of their Miami Spice outing, tying the celebration to a cause beyond the meal itself.

Good to Know

Miami Spice Restaurant Months run August 1 through September 30, 2026, across Miami-Dade County, FL. Prix fixe menus range from $40 for lunch or brunch up to $95 for the Miami Spice Reserve tier.
