Lighthouse Diner: House-Smoked Meats on Jupiter's US-1
Lighthouse Diner sits along US-1 in Jupiter, carrying on the legacy of the historic Olde Lighthouse Diner that the current owners inherited and renovated. The family drew inspiration from the classic Southern family restaurants of their own childhoods when reimagining the space.
House-Smoked and Homemade, Down to the Jam
What sets Lighthouse Diner apart is how much is made in house: the kitchen prepares all of its own sausages and smokes its own meats and salmon on premise, rather than buying them pre-made. Even the jam is homemade — an all-natural berry jam served in place of the standard packaged jelly found at most diners.
More Than a Counter and Booths
Beyond the everyday breakfast and lunch menu, Lighthouse Diner operates a 70-person private dining room with AV equipment, offers full-service catering, and runs a full bar featuring Florida craft beers, hard shakes, wine, and its own "Kev's Famous Jungle Juice" — a nod to the family's late father, whose legacy the restaurant honors.
Good to Know
Lighthouse Diner is located at 1510 US-1, Jupiter, FL 33469. It's open daily from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for breakfast and lunch, and its combination of scratch-made classics and a full bar makes it as suited to a family breakfast as it is to a private event.
