Lighthouse Diner sits along US-1 in Jupiter, carrying on the legacy of the historic Olde Lighthouse Diner that the current owners inherited and renovated. The family drew inspiration from the classic Southern family restaurants of their own childhoods when reimagining the space.

House-Smoked and Homemade, Down to the Jam

What sets Lighthouse Diner apart is how much is made in house: the kitchen prepares all of its own sausages and smokes its own meats and salmon on premise, rather than buying them pre-made. Even the jam is homemade — an all-natural berry jam served in place of the standard packaged jelly found at most diners.
