From Secret Menu Item to Standalone Storefront

Fuku spent years growing mostly inside stadiums and arenas, but its Florida expansion marks a deliberate shift toward street-level, walk-in locations. The Coral Gables restaurant was the brand's first Florida standalone, and West Palm Beach followed as part of what Fuku's leadership has described as intentional growth aligned with how the brand wants to scale — meeting regular neighborhood foot traffic rather than only stadium crowds.
