Steaks, Seafood, and a Lounge Built to Linger

The kitchen hand-carves and broils its prime steaks to order, and signature seafood dishes include Chilean sea bass prepared Hong Kong-style in a steamer, parmesan-crusted sole, and crab fried rice. For dessert, the Bananas Foster butter cake is flambéed tableside and served with butter pecan ice cream. Just off the dining room, the adjoining V Lounge features nightly live music and a wine tower stocked with more than 300 bottles, giving guests a reason to stretch the evening well past dinner.

The restaurant joins a strip of upscale dining at Legacy Place and is managed locally by Heather Houston, a 25-year industry veteran.
