On East Ocean Avenue in Lantana, Dua Champagne and Wine Lounge brings an intimate, gold-accented room to a stretch of town more associated with casual bites than caviar service. Chef/Owner Diana Boga, who built her hospitality career in New York before relocating to Florida, named the lounge after the Albanian word for love and desire — a fitting label for a space designed around close, unhurried gathering.

Caviar, Champagne, and Curated Boards

The menu centers on small plates built for sharing: caviar service, cheese and charcuterie boards, tuna tartare, bruschetta, and French-style blinis, all paired with a wine and champagne list chosen to match. Boga also runs a private-label olive oil line, Boga Co., cold-pressed from centuries-old Mediterranean trees, that occasionally makes its way onto the lounge's tables.
