Brioche Bakery & Cafe Brings a Slice of Paris to Delray Beach
Brioche Bakery & Cafe opened its doors in Delray Beach on February 14, 2025, brought to life by Parisian couple Andrea and Maxime. Maxime spent time as a pastry chef at the legendary Ladurée in Paris, while Andrea built her expertise running the front of house, and together they spent eight years operating a bakery south of Paris before relocating to Florida.
A Menu Built Around Brioche
True to its name, the cafe centers its menu on brioche in every form: sweet, savory, and as the base for its sandwiches. Signature items include buttery croissants and chocolate croissants, the "Eggcellent" breakfast sandwich, the "Nova," and a tuna sandwich, alongside Swiss rolls and other from-scratch pastries made fresh daily with French butter.
A French Village Feel
Step inside and the cafe aims to transport visitors to a French village, with French music playing and an intimate setting meant for lingering over a coffee and pastry. Locally roasted coffee rounds out the drink menu, prepared with the same care the owners bring to their baking.
Owner-Operated Hospitality
With Andrea and Maxime running the cafe themselves, the hospitality carries a personal touch that reflects their years of experience in French bakeries. For Delray Beach residents craving an authentic taste of Paris, Brioche Bakery & Cafe offers scratch-made brioche and genuine French charm just off Linton Boulevard.
